Bhutani Grandthum project becomes Pre-certified Platinum rated Green project under IGBC

Bhutani Grandthum, a magnificent commercial project at Greater Noida West, launched in September 2019 and being designed as per Green Building Certification requirements, recently attained Platinum grade by the respective authorities. This is the highest level of pre-certification that further entitles the IT/ITES project to be globally recognized for others to follow suit. The project design promotes natural habitat and biodiversity on-site by providing green cover, including trees. The company is also committed to ensuring that the construction waste is diverted for reuse or recycling and the materials used in the project are ecologically sound. Grandthum is the first-ever project (currently under development) by Bhutani Group which is taking the world's fastest-growing market by storm.

Formed in the year 2001, The Indian Green Building Council (IGBC), part of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) holds a very promising vision that is to enable a sustainable built environment for all, strikes a balance between known established practices and emerging concepts and facilitate India to be one of the global leaders in the sustainable environment by 2025. The council is committee-based, member-driven, and consensus-focused. The council also closely works with several State Governments, Central Governments, World Green Building Council, bilateral multilateral agencies in promoting green building concepts in the country.
